Bankruptcy Court Filing Fee Increase

On June 1, 2014 the United States Bankruptcy Court raised the fees to file bankruptcy by $29.00. The new fee is $335.00 for Chapter 7's and $310.00 for Chapter 13's. Any of our clients filing after June 1, 2014 will be subject to the new filing fee.
